My Path
This work has been shaped by both my professional path and my personal journey. I have worked across Slovenia, Croatia, Australia, and New Zealand in the fields of counselling, coaching, organisational wellbeing, and human behaviour.
At the same time, my own life experiences have deeply influenced how I understand people, growth, and the challenges we navigate through different stages of life and work.
Over the years I have worked with individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations at different stages of growth and challenge.
My Approach
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, wellbeing, and organisational insight. I support individuals and professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a turning point to rediscover clarity, resilience, and direction.
Alongside psychology-informed approaches, I bring strong intuition and deep listening into my work. This allows me to notice patterns, underlying dynamics, and the unspoken aspects of a situation that are often difficult to articulate but essential for meaningful change.
My approach combines reflective dialogue, strengths-based coaching, intuitive insight, and practical strategies. I create spaces where people can slow down, think clearly, reconnect with what truly matters, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.
Where I Work From
I live in Mapua, surrounded by the sea and the quiet rhythm of nature — a place that constantly reminds me of the value of slowing down, breathing, and returning to what is essential.
That sense of spaciousness and grounding naturally flows into the way I work with others.
My Special Interest
Over the years, certain areas have drawn me in more deeply — places where I feel most called to show up and where I believe my experience and understanding make the most difference.
Support for Parents of Children with Special Needs
Parents raising neurodivergent children or children with disabilities often feel isolated, burnt out, and misunderstood — and believe me, "I get it."
This is a space where you are truly seen, heard, and supported — without judgement, without advice you didn't ask for, and with a deep understanding of what this journey actually feels like.
My Intention
I believe that when people reconnect with their inner strength and wellbeing, meaningful change becomes possible — in their lives, their work, and the way they lead others.
I created I AM WELLth as a place where people and organisations can find steadier ground, clearer direction, and a deeper connection to their own inner resources.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people own their WELLth — to move from feeling stuck to standing stronger in who they are and how they live and lead.
