Two integrated approaches

Coaching

Goal-oriented, forward-focused sessions that help you get clarity, build confidence, and create practical strategies for moving forward. Ideal if you know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start.

Counselling

A reflective, supportive space to explore what's beneath the surface — emotions, patterns, past experiences, and the stories we carry. Ideal for those wanting to understand themselves more deeply and heal at a pace that feels right.

Blended Coaching & Counselling

Most of my work draws on both — blending reflective depth with practical forward movement. We follow what you need, session by session.

Teen Support

Specialised 1:1 support for teenagers navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, school pressure, and the challenges of growing up. Gentle, strengths-based, and always led by where they are.

Free 15-minute discovery call

We start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. You share a little about where you are, I share how I work, and we see if it feels like a good fit.

First session — gaining clarity

The first session is about getting to know each other and beginning to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. No agenda — just presence and honesty.

Ongoing sessions — at your pace

Sessions are tailored to your needs. We might work weekly, fortnightly, or in blocks — whatever supports your process best. Add your session format, duration, and frequency here.

Integration & reflection

Between sessions, I may offer simple reflective prompts or tools to help you continue your inner work. The real change happens in the space between our conversations.
